Termination of Work Order and MSA. The Work Order and MSA are hereby terminated effective July 15, 2015, and, except as provided in this Agreement, neither party shall have any further obligation to the other under the Work Order or the MSA. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the rights and obligations of the Parties set forth in Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 20, and 24 of the MSA shall survive; and Sections 24.3 and 24.4 of the MSA shall apply to and govern for this Agreement.   • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Rejection of Work Using the Notice of Non-Conforming Work procedures outlined in the General Conditions, the Design Professional shall reject work that does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents or that does not comply with the applicable laws and codes. The Design Professional shall have authority to order testing of the Work, as is provided in the Contract Documents or as otherwise required in its judgment, whether such work is fabricated, installed, or completed.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.
