TERMINATION OF OPTION TO EXTEND. Any termination of this Lease by reason of damage to or destruction of the Leased Property shall cause any options to extend the Lease under Article XVIII to be terminated and without further force or effect.
TERMINATION OF OPTION TO EXTEND. Any termination of this Lease pursuant to this Article XIV shall cause any unexercised options to extend the Lease under Article XVIII to be terminated and without further force or effect.
