Leased Space. Each City shall provide and maintain adequate facilities within its jurisdiction in which the Fire Department Station 1 and Station 2 shall be located, pursuant to lease agreements entered into by each City with the Fire Department.
Leased Space. Leased space" means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant under a rental agreement. [PL 1989, c. 62 (NEW).]
Leased Space. Owner hereby leases to Resident and Resident hereby leases from Owner certain space identified as a «floor_plan_name» «space_option_name» unit( the letter represents the “Exclusive Space” and the number represents the Unit) as defined in Section 5, at The Courtyards Apartments located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000. Owner has the sole and exclusive right to identify Resident’s Exclusive Space and Unit and once so identified, an Exclusive Space and unit shall be assigned to Resident by an Apartment Placement Addendum (“APA”). Once completed by Owner and delivered to Resident, the resident shall sign the APA which shall become a part of and be incorporated into this lease.
Leased Space. The space to be leased shall be two office cubicle spaces on the 3rd floor of the Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Citizen’s Center located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx. The square footage for the initial term of this agreement shall be 216 square feet. The square footage for subsequent renewal terms may be adjusted prior to the start of a renewal terms as so designated in the written notice of renewal submitted by SER, subject to the consent of SRDA for any increase in the square footage.
Leased Space. As provided in Section 4.1, the City grants Tenant the right to use the Leased Space identified in Exhibit 2, or portions thereof, from the date of delivery of each portion of the Leased Space through the remainder of the Term of this Agreement for the operation of the Concession, except as otherwise provided for herein. Exhibit 2 may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in Leased Space. As of the Effective Date, all square footage identified in Exhibit 1 is approximate, and is subject to final correction in accordance with field measurements to be taken after completion of the Improvements. All such measurements relating to the Leased Space will be made to and from the “lease lines” as identified on Exhibit 2. If the actual measured square footage of the Leased Space differs from the square footage identified on Exhibit 1, the Base Rent will be applied to the actual measured square footage.
Leased Space. A. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee certain office, warehouse, distribution, and other related space collectively hereinafter referred to as "Space") in the amounts of square footage and located in the office buildings as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. As of the Effective Date, the occupied area used by Lessee consists of approximately 114, 123 sq. ft. of Space.
Leased Space. For a period of six-months following the Closing (or such shorter period ending upon the termination of the underlying lease), Purchaser shall provide office space for 6 persons employed by VIPA at a reasonable rental rate based upon a pro rata allocation (based upon square footage) of the underlying rent of the subject property.
Leased Space. All such measurements relating to the Leased Space will be made to and from the “lease lines” as identified on Exhibit 1. Tenant must confine all of its Concession operations to its Leased Space. Any conduct of Concession operations outside of Tenant’s Leased Space is an Event of Default.
Leased Space. The calculation of weighted Terminal space shall exclude: (a) unleased space; (b) all Common Use Gates; (c) all Common Use Ticket Counter; (d) Aircraft Parking Aprons; (e) Overflow Baggage Make-up Areas; and (f) the International Arrivals Facility if its Rent is computed per Section 18.11.2.
Leased Space. Lessee agrees to lease the following space(s) from the Association to display its Advertisement for the term of two (2) years, said term shall begin to run from the date installation of advertisement(s) has been completed.: # of Billboards Name of Memorial or Company to be Displayed on Billboard(s)
