Termination of Interconnection Service Agreement. Upon termination of the Interconnection Service Agreement for any reason, each Interconnection Party shall, within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of a written request from another party, use Reasonable Efforts to destroy, erase, or delete (with such destruction, erasure and deletion certified in writing to the requesting party) or to return to the other party, without retaining copies thereof, any and all written or electronic Confidential Information received from the requesting party.

Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or De-Identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
