Common use of TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT. The term of this Master Contract shall be from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 (Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 3062(a)) unless otherwise stated. Neither the CONTRACTOR nor the LEA is required to renew this Master Contract in subsequent contract years. However, the parties acknowledge that any subsequent Master Contract is to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2020. In the event a Master Contract is not renegotiated by June 30th, an interim contract may be made available as mutually agreed upon for up to 90 days from July 1 of the new fiscal year.
