Future Adjustments. The parties agree this Appendix, or any other provision of this Agreement, does not constitute an expectation of receiving the enumerated retirement benefits by any current teacher, future teacher, prospective teacher or applicant beyond the expiration of this Agreement. Therefore, except as otherwise limited by applicable law, it is understood the Board and Association may in the future bargain modifications of any kind to this provision, provided however, the future revision of this Appendix shall not affect the retirement benefits of teachers already receiving benefits pursuant to this Appendix.

At any time the results of any annual audit report provided under Section 7.05(g) of the Funding Agreement indicate that one or more adjustments or revisions to the Related Documents would be appropriate in the reasonable judgment of the Administrative Agent (in consultation with the Lenders), the Borrower agrees to consult in good faith with the Administrative Agent regarding entering into an amendment to the Related Documents in accordance with Section 12.07 of the Funding Agreement or any other applicable amendment restrictions set forth the Related Documents to effectuate such adjustments or revisions.
