TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, 2013 or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification November 27, 2015 by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later later, up to and including including, March 31, 2020, 2017 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification ratification, April 18, 2015 by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later later, up to and including March 31, 20202018, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
