Term Doba trvání Smlouvy. 8.1.1 This Agreement will remain in effect from the Effective Date until completion of the Study, closeout of the Site and completion of the obligations of the parties under this Agreement or earlier termination in accordance with this Section 8 (hereinafter the “Term”). Treatment of the Trial subjects may only begin following the receipt of all the favourable opinions from the Ethics Committees, the SÚKL approval, and any other authorization required for the initiation of the Study. Copies of the approval from SÚKL and of the favorable opinions from the Local Ethics Committees and the Multicentre Ethics Committee are attached as an Appendix to this Agreement.
