Tenant Not to Overload Facilities. The Tenant will not install any equipment which will exceed or overload the capacity of any utility, electrical or mechanical facilities in the Leased Premises and the Tenant will not bring into the Leased Premises or install any utility, electrical or mechanical facility or service which the Landlord does not approve. The Tenant agrees that if any equipment installed by the Tenant requires additional utility, electrical or mechanical facilities, the Landlord may, in its sole discretion, if they are available, elect to install them at the Tenant's expense and in accordance with plans and specifications to be approved in advance in writing by the Landlord.
