Common use of Ten Month Positions Clause in Contracts

Ten Month Positions. Positions designated as having ten (10) months of service will be assigned for a period of ten (10) months so as to allow 40 cumulative days (8 weeks) off without pay, taken in at least one-week increments. Employees must notify the Office of Human Resources of their schedules prior to May 1 of each year.
