Common use of Ten Hour Days Clause in Contracts

Ten Hour Days. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection B of this Article, should the District adopt a ten (10) hour, four day work week for any employees in the bargaining unit, those employees shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular rate of pay for all authorized hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours in any one (1) day.
