Temporary Changes to Rosters to Accommodate Production Requirements. Subject to the Roster Rules, the Company may make temporary changes to rosters to accommodate changes to production requirements on a particular day (other than changing employees’ rosters to a different type of roster) after giving not less than three clear days’ prior notice to the employees directly affected by the changes.
