Production Requirements. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sharp shall (a) devote the necessary production capacity to fulfill the quantity and delivery date requirements set forth in each confirmed Purchase Order, and (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to make available sufficient additional production capacity, subject to overtime charges, to support all Forecasts; provided, that the parties shall cooperate in good faith to reach a mutually agreeable accommodation with respect to Sharp's available production capacity in the event that a Forecast is exceeded.
Production Requirements. Lessee shall provide DPAC at least fourteen (14) days before the performance a full and detailed outline of all event requirements and all such other information as may be required by DPAC concerning the event covered by this agreement, particularly where seats could be obstructed by technical requirements and staging peculiar to the particular event.

The production of all Hydrocarbons which have heretofore been produced from the Subject Interests has not been in excess of allowable production quotas allowed or permitted to the Subject Interests by any applicable regulatory authority so as to subject, after the Effective Date, any well located thereon, or Lender's interest in the production therefrom, to restrictions or penalties on allowables for overproduction.
Production Requirements. CID Lines shall manufacture, package and supply the Company with Licensed Product and ensure the necessary capacity to meet the Company's firm purchase commitments for the Licensed Product in a timely fashion. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, CID Lines shall manufacture and package the Licensed Product as specified by the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and as described in any statements required in connection with the registration of the Licensed Product under applicable federal, state and foreign laws. CID Lines shall maintain an inventory of four (4) tons of finished Licensed Product on hand and ready for shipment to accommodate variations in quantities that may be ordered by the Company hereunder.
Production Requirements. Delivery of Picture shall be in accordance with Producer’s customary delivery schedule including the delivery of television cover shots as required to satisfy then prevailing network broadcast standards and practices. The Picture shall (i) be photographed and edited in strict adherence to the final approved shooting script. (subject to minor changes required by the exigencies of production); (ii) subject to changes called for by the Producer, be produced in accordance with the final approved budget and production schedule; (iii) be no less than eighty five (85) minutes (including titles) and no more than one hundred and twenty (120) minutes in length; and (iv) qualify with the Motion Picture Association of America for rating no more restrictive than the current “R”. Production Requirements. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the LA, Regeneron shall apply its production capacity that, in Regeneron’s reasonable discretion, is necessary to fulfill the quantity and delivery date requirements set forth in each Firm Order; provided such Firm Order is consistent with an accepted Forecast.
Production Requirements. It is agreed that all employees work shifts, as necessary, to ensure production is maintained, including production catch-up due to breakdowns of machinery. Should the building activity decline during the term of this agreement to a point that production at the Bathurst Plant be reduced, then the employees agree to work with & support the business to cater for any reduction deemed necessary by CSR Ltd. This may include but not be limited to the need to reduce employee numbers & may necessitate to work portion of a shift in one section & the balance in another section. The Federated Brick, Tile & Pottery Union will be consulted before any decision is undertaken.

Production Requirements. Materials necessary for Media launch (HTML, web banners, copy, advertisements, etc.) are due to Worth no less than ten (10) days prior to the contracted launch dates. Materials not received by Worth’s production department by this date cannot be quality checked and will not be entitled to approval or revision by Advertiser/Agency. Worth may exercise the right to publish existing material to fulfill contracts if new material is not received as per the above.
