Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee.
Awards (1) The tribunal, in its award, shall set out its findings of law and fact, together with the reasons therefore, and may, at the request of a Contracting Party, award the following forms of relief:
Equity Awards You will be eligible to receive awards of stock options or other equity awards pursuant to any plans or arrangements the Company may have in effect from time to time. The Board or Committee, as applicable, will determine in its sole discretion whether you will be granted any such equity awards and the terms of any such award in accordance with the terms of any applicable plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time.
Service Awards In consideration of the provision of services, COMPANY to pay EMPLOYEE, as compensation; The gross amount of RMB annually calculated at the rate of twelve (12) equal monthly installments consecutively of RMB each.
SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS 198. Appointments to positions in the City and County Service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
Performance Incentives Provided that sufficient funds are available from athletics revenue or gifts for the unrestricted use of the Department of Athletics, Athletics Director shall be entitled to receive additional non-salary compensation from the University in the form of the following stated bonuses for increased responsibilities, provided that all varsity sports are in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Athletics Director knew or should have known. Condemnation Awards All awards or payments, including interest thereon, which may heretofore and hereafter be made with respect to the Property, whether from the exercise of the right of eminent domain (including but not limited to any transfer made in lieu of or in anticipation of the exercise of the right), or for a change of grade, or for any other injury to or decrease in the value of the Property;
Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.
Incentive Plans During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus, incentive compensation and performance based compensation plans, and other similar policies, practices, programs and arrangements of the Company, now in effect or as hereafter amended or established, on a basis that is commensurate with his position and no less favorable than those generally applicable or made available to other executives of the Company. The Executive's participation shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of such plans and programs. Participation shall include, but not be limited to:
PERFORMANCE ISSUES The County will hold the Contractor responsible for meeting all of the Contractor’s contractual obligations. If performance issues arise that cannot be resolved between the Contractor and the County's Representative, the matter will be referred to the Procurement Division for appropriate action.
