Condemnation Awards means any and all judgments, awards of damages (including severance and consequential damages), payments, proceeds, settlements, amounts paid for a taking in lieu of Condemnation, or other compensation heretofore or hereafter made, including interest thereon, and the right to receive the same, as a result of, or in connection with, any Condemnation or threatened Condemnation.
Condemnation Awards means all compensation, awards, damages, rights of action and proceeds awarded to the Borrower by reason of a Taking.
Condemnation Awards is defined in Section 2.1(viii).
Examples of Condemnation Awards in a sentence
If the Company determines to retain such Insurance Proceeds and/or Condemnation Awards, then same shall be deposited in a Property Account in accordance with the provisions of Article VI of this Agreement.
If the Company determines to use Insurance Proceeds and/or Condemnation Awards for restoration, then Manager shall make arrangements for the restoration of the Property as specified below.
Unless and until the Company determines to dispose of any such Insurance Proceeds and/or Condemnation Awards, Manager shall have no authority to enter into any agreement with respect to restoration or rehabilitation of the Property.

Condemnation Awards any and all proceeds (includ- ing proceeds in the form of promissory notes or other agreements for the payment of proceeds) from (i) the tak- ing by eminent domain, condemnation or otherwise, or ac- quisition pursuant to contract, of any property of the Company or any Subsidiary by the United States of America, the State of Florida or any political subdivision thereof, or any agency, department, bureau, board, commission or instrumentality of any of them, including any award and/or other compensation awarded to or for the benefit of, or received by or on behalf of, the Company or GDU, whether as a result of litigation, arbitration, settlement or oth- erwise, or (ii) any sale by the Company or any Subsidiary of a water and utility system to a Person, whether now owned or hereafter created or acquired.
