Technical data revision. The Contractor also shall, at the request of the Contracting Officer, revise technical data that are sub- ject to this clause to reflect engineering de- sign changes made during the performance of this contract and affecting the form, fit, and function of any item (other than technical data) delivered under this contract. The Con- tractor may submit a request for an equi- table adjustment to the terms and condi- tions of this contract for any revisions to technical data made pursuant to this para- graph.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Technical Specifications The purpose of the Technical Specifications (TS), is to define the technical characteristics of the Goods and Related Services required by the Procuring Entity. The Procuring Entity shall prepare the detailed TS consider that:

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies.
