Teacher Work Year/Day a. The Administration can adjust the starting and ending times for a maximum of two (2) parent-teacher conference days per school year as reflected in the school calendar. Teachers shall be required to schedule conferences only for those students they and/or their Building Principal feel are in need of a conference, or for students whose parent(s) or guardian(s) specifically request a conference. Any time remaining may be used by the teacher for recordkeeping, grading, planning, in-service, and building meetings.
