Tax extension. This policy shall extend to include any claim against an insured person for unpaid taxes or national insurance contributions of the company where the company has become insolvent except to the extent that such liability arises from the wilful intent of the insured person to breach any statutory duty governing the payment of taxes provided that such cover shall apply up to the sub-limit of indemnity as stated in the schedule; and shall only apply to unpaid tax liabilities of the company. The policy is also extended to include any claim against an insured person for taxes determined to be owed by such insured person, in respect of his liability according to Skattebetalningslagen (SFS 1997:483) 12th Chapter, paragraph 6, arising from a claim made against such insured person alleging, either:

  • Territorial Extension At the time of signature of this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, the provisions of this Agreement may be extended to such territories for whose international relations the Government of the United Kingdom are responsible as may be agreed between the Contracting Parties in an Exchange of Notes.

  • Extension Term Provided Lessee is not in default in the performance of any term or condition of this Lease, Lessee shall have the option to extend this Lease for two (2) additional terms of five (5) years per term, commencing with the expiration of the first or additional term, upon the following conditions:

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.

  • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

In the event (and only in the event) that, Tenant fails to deliver an Option Notice to Landlord within such thirty (30) days, Tenant shall be considered to have elected not to extend the Term of this Lease and thereafter, Tenant shall have no further right to extend the Term of this Lease. References in this Lease to the "Term" shall include the initial Term of fifteen (15) years and shall, in addition, include the First Extended Term and the Second Extended Term, if applicable.
