Tandem Transit Charge. Per minute $.0055 The Tandem Transit Traffic Charge is applicable for all CENTURYLINK originating traffic routed to the CCCI Cable Tandem switch, which terminates to a third party network subtending the Cable Tandem switch as listed in Appendix E. CENTURYLINK also assumes responsibility for compensation to the third party that terminates the CENTURYLINK originated traffic. CENTURYLINK shall have no responsibility whatsoever for Tandem Transit Charges or other CCCI charges applicable to Local Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic or Tandem Transit Traffic originated by a third party and routed to the CCCI Cable Tandem Switch, which terminates to CENTURYLINK.

CHARTER also assumes responsibility for compensation to the third party that terminates the CHARTER originated traffic. CHARTER shall have no responsibility whatsoever for the Tandem Transit Charge or other RGTC charges applicable to Local Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic or Tandem Transit Traffic originated by a third party and routed to the RGTC Blue River Tandem Switch, which terminates to CHARTER.   • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG).   • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties.
