Internet Service Providers Clause Samples
The 'Internet Service Providers' clause defines the responsibilities and limitations of internet service providers (ISPs) in relation to the agreement. It typically clarifies that ISPs are not liable for the content transmitted over their networks or for any interruptions in service that may occur. For example, the clause may specify that the provider is not responsible for third-party content accessed by users or for damages resulting from service outages. The core function of this clause is to allocate risk and limit the liability of ISPs, ensuring that they are not held accountable for issues beyond their control.

Each Party shall take appropriate measures to limit the liability of, or remedies available against, Internet service providers for copyright infringement by the users of their online services or facilities, where the Internet service providers take action to prevent access to the materials infringing copyright in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Party.
