Third Party Network definition

Third Party Network means the Network owned or operated by a Licensee other than SingTel or the Requesting Licensee;
Third Party Network means a Network owned or operated by a licensed network facilities provider and/or network service provider other than the Access Seeker and the Access Provider;
Third Party Network means the Network owned or operated by a Licensee other than PTCL or the Operator;

More Definitions of Third Party Network

Third Party Network means any Network which is not one of either Party’s Routed Networks;
Third Party Network means any third party network or service that a message may need to traverse upon its initial transmission by Subscriber and before reaching the intended Contact.
Third Party Network means the Network owned or operated by a Third Party;
Third Party Network means: (i) the Settlement Processor, (ii) any facility for Credit Card or Debit Card transaction processing or transmission provided or maintained by any of the Credit Card Associations or Debit Card Networks or other issuing authority with respect to any of the Credit Cards or Debit Cards, or (iii) any other facility (other than any such facility provided or maintained by the Company) for Credit Card or Debit Card transaction processing or transmission to which Elan or any Merchant or Correspondent transmits Credit Card or Debit Card transaction records.
Third Party Network means any Network which is not a part of either Party's Routed Networks.
Third Party Network means a telecommunications network, outside of the Network and operated by a third party, to which NBSL facilitates access through the Network.
