Monitoring by the Department The Contractor shall permit all persons who are duly authorized by the Department to inspect and copy any records, papers, documents, facilities, goods, and services of the Contractor that are relevant to this Contract, and to interview clients, employees, and sub-contractor employees of the Contractor to assure the Department of satisfactory performance of the terms and conditions of this Contract. Following such review, the Department shall deliver to the Contractor a written report of its finding, and may direct the development, by the Contractor, of a corrective action plan. This provision shall not limit the Department’s termination rights.

Changes to the Department's Requirements 5.1 The Department shall notify the Contractor of any material change to the Department's requirement under this Contract.
Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.
Evidence of Compliance Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.
Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee. Maintenance Department All employees in this section are subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement except as specifically covered in this section.
STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE Contractor has, unless exempted, complied with the nondiscrimination program requirements. (Gov. Code §12990 (a-f) and CCR, Title 2, Section 11102) (Not applicable to public entities.)
Single Audit Act Compliance If the Contractor is a subrecipient and expends $750,000 or more in federal awards from any and/or all sources in any fiscal year, the Contractor shall procure and pay for a single audit or a program-specific audit for that fiscal year. Upon completion of each audit, the Contractor shall:
Section 508 Compliance All information technology which, pursuant to this Contract, is purchased or upgraded by or for the use of the University (the “Technology”) shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended. If requested, the Contractor must provide a detailed explanation of how compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act is achieved and a validation of concept demonstration. The requirements of this Paragraph along with the Non-Visual Access to Technology clause below shall be construed to achieve full compliance with the Information Technology Access Act, §§ 2.2-3500 through 2.2-3504 of the Code of Virginia.
