Surviving Obligation. THE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT RELIEVE ANY PARTY HERETO FROM ANY EXPENSE, LIABILITY OR OTHER OBLIGATION OR ANY REMEDY THEREFORE WHICH HAS ACCRUED OR ATTACHED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SUCH TERMINATION.
Surviving Obligation. The provisions of the Agreement that are intended to survive the termination of the Agreement, including, without limitation all expressed limitations of liability, indemnities, confidentiality, and warranties for the Goods and/or Services, will survive the termination of this Agreement and continue as valid and enforceable obligations of the parties.
Surviving Obligation. 26.1. Expiration or termination by either Party of this Agreement will not affect any rights of either Party that may have accrued up to the date of such termination or expiration.

Surviving Obligation. The provisions of this Article shall retro-actively be in full force and effect from March 10, 1997 and shall remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement and three (3) years thereafter.
