Form of Assignment definition

Form of Assignment means a certificate in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C accounting for the transfer of Warrants.
Form of Assignment means the form set forth at the foot of this Warrant.
Form of Assignment means the “Form of Assignment” attached as Attachment 4 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Each Security will also bear the Form of Assignment and Transfer.
