Survivability of Terms. Termination or expiration of this Contract or a Contract for any reason shall not release either party from any liabilities or obligations in this Contract that: The parties have expressly agreed shall survive any such termination or expiration; Remain to be performed; or By their nature would be intended to be applicable following any such termination or expiration.
Survivability of Terms. The terms and provisions of the Company’s and Executive’s obligations or agreements under Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 to this Agreement shall survive any termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement and will be construed as agreements independent of any other provisions of this Agreement.

Survivability of Terms. In addition to those sections which expressly survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the following sections of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: 5.3, 5.4, 12, 13, 14, 15.6, 16, 17, 19 and 20.
