Common use of Supplementary Plan Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Plan. Employees with twenty-five (25) years or more of continuous service shall receive the following additional vacation in the calendar year in which they attain: Age 60 Additional one (1) week vacation Age 61 Additional two (2) weeks’ vacation Age 62 Additional three (3) weeks’ vacation Age 63 Additional four (4) weeks’ vacation Age 64 Additional five (5) weeks’ vacation
