Common use of Supplemental Personnel Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Personnel. To the extent necessity arises to supplement the personnel of the Service Provider engaged toward provision of the Service with additional personnel, the Service Provider shall immediately arrange for engagement of such supplemental personnel. The costs of such engagement shall be borne by the Service Provider. For the avoidance of any doubt, the engagement of supplemental personnel under this Clause 5.4 shall not require approval by the Principal, provided that these personnel comply with the law and this Agreement.
