INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. Authorized agents of the Union shall have access to the Employer’s establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, collection of dues, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES a) Authorized agents of the Union shall, after requesting permission which shall not be unduly denied by the Employer, have access to the establishment(s) where employees of the Employer are employed, during working hours, and for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided however that there is no interruption of the working schedule.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. 2:18 Authorized agents of the Union shall upon first notifying the person in charge, have access to the Company's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting Union-Company disputes, investigating working conditions and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided however that there are no interruptions of the Company's working schedule.

Authorized agents of the bargaining unit shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no interruption on the City's working schedule.

INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. 10.1 INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Authorized agents of the Guild shall have access to the Employer's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no interruption of the Department's working schedule and with prior approval of the Chief of Police.
INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. The Union has a right to inspect and copy payroll records pertain- ing to employees performing bargained for unit work in relation to wages, overtime, holidays, vacations and all other fringe items. Employees shall have access to the Personnel Files and Evaluation Forms before or after working hours. Exception would be when a Business Agent is involved in adjusting a grievance. Employees will be given a copy of any message communicated through the DIAD or XXXX at the time of request. If not received when requested the Employer shall not use any related messages in any disciplinary action.
