SUPERSEDING PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. This Contract supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, understandings, or agreements of the Parties relating to the Contract or the Program.
SUPERSEDING PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. This Agreement together with the Application for Opening an Account and the attachments hereto constitute the whole and entire Agreement in connection with the subject hereof. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements signed or agreed by the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof – leveraged OTCGOLD trading agreement, both verbal or in writing.
