SUNNYVALE CITY CENTER. OFFICE LEASE This Office Lease (the “Lease”), dated as of the date set forth in Section 1 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information (the “Summary”) below, is made by and between SPF MATHILDA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and CROWDSTRIKE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).

SUNNYVALE CITY CENTER. RULES AND REGULATIONS Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the following Rules and Regulations. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance of any of said Rules and Regulations by or otherwise with respect to the acts or omissions of any other tenants or occupants of the Project. In the event of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations and the other provisions of this Lease, the latter shall control.
