SUCCESSORS ANDASSIGNS. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
SUCCESSORS ANDASSIGNS. The Parties bind themselves, their partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives to the other party to this Agreement and to the partners, successors, assigns, and legal representatives of such other party with respect to all covenants of this Agreement. Monolith Solar may subcontract, assign, sell or transfer the, or any part of this Agreement, without Customer’s consent. Such subcontract or assignment will not change Monolith Solar’s obligations or Customer’s rights and obligations under this Agreement. Customer may not assign or transfer any interest in this Agreement without prior written consent of the Monolith Solar.
SUCCESSORS ANDASSIGNS. This Control Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, except that the Grantor may not assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights or obligations under this Control Agreement without the prior written consent of the Agent.
SUCCESSORS ANDASSIGNS. This Agreement will be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by, the respective permitted assigns of the Parties hereto; provided, however, that this Agreement may not be assigned by either Party without prior written consent of the other Party.
SUCCESSORS ANDASSIGNS. This Lease shall apply to and bind the heirs, personal representatives, and permitted successors and assigns of the parties.

Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any party, other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Neither Party shall assign or transfer its respective interest in the Agreement without written consent of the other Party.
