Successors and Assigns Bound. This Instrument shall bind, and the rights granted by this Instrument shall inure to, the respective successors and assigns of Lender and Borrower. However, a Transfer not permitted by Section 21 shall be an Event of Default.
Successors and Assigns Bound. This Loan Agreement will bind the respective successors and assigns of Borrower and Lender, and the rights granted by this Loan Agreement will inure to Lender’s successors and assigns.

Subject to the provisions of Section 15, any Successor in Interest of Borrower who assumes Xxxxxxxx’s obligations under this Security Instrument in writing, and is approved by Xxxxxx, shall obtain all of Borrower’s rights and benefits under this Security Instrument. Borrower shall not be released from Borrower’s obligations and liability under this Security Instrument unless Xxxxxx agrees to such release in writing. The covenants and agreements of this Security Instrument shall bind (except as provided in Section 17) and benefit the successors and assigns of Lender.

Guarantor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement shall be binding upon Guarantor's successors, heirs, legatees, devisees, administrator executors and assigns. The rights and remedies granted to Lenders under this Agreement shall also inure to the benefit of Lenders' successors and assigns, as well as to any and all subsequent holder or holders of any of Borrower's Indebtedness subject to this Agreement.
Successors and Assigns Bound. County and Contractor each bind themselves and their successors and assigns to the other Party and to the successors and assigns of such other Party, with respect to all covenants of this Agreement.

Guarantor shall not assign this Guaranty without the prior written consent of Seller.
