Substantial dependence. Except as listed in the Disclosure Letter, neither in the financial period ending on the Reference Date nor in the period since the Reference Date has any person (together with other persons connected with such person) purchased from or sold to the Company more than 10 per cent of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Company during such period.
Substantial dependence. Since 1st April, 1999 no person has purchased from or sold to any member of the Group more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Group taken as a whole during such period.
Substantial dependence. Neither in the accounting reference period ending at the Accounts Date nor in the period since has any single person purchased from or sold to the Business more than five per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Business during such period.
Substantial dependence. Neither in the financial period ending on the Accounts Date nor in the period since the Accounts Date has any person sold to the Opsys UK Business more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all purchases made by the Opsys UK Business during such period.

As at the Hive Down Date no person has sold to the Opsys UK Business more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all purchases made by the Opsys UK Business during such period and there is no person (together with other persons connected with him), on whom the Opsys UK Business is substantially dependent or the cessation of transactions with whom would substantially affect the Opsys UK Business.
Substantial dependence. In the 12 months prior to the date of this Agreement no customer of the Company (including, for this purpose, any person in any way connected with such customer) or supplier to the Company (including, for this purpose, any person in any way connected with such supplier) accounted for more than 5 per cent of the aggregate amount of purchases from or supplies to the Group as a whole.
