Substantial dependence. Except as listed in the Disclosure Letter, neither in the financial period ending on the Reference Date nor in the period since the Reference Date has any person (together with other persons connected with such person) purchased from or sold to the Company more than 10 per cent of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Company during such period.
Substantial dependence. Since 1st April, 1999 no person has purchased from or sold to any member of the Group more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Group taken as a whole during such period.
