Examples of subsidiary undertaking in a sentence
The said salary shall be inclusive of all Directors' fees (if any) to which the Officer may be entitled as a director of the Company and all remuneration which may become payable to the Officer by or in respect of services rendered by him to any Subsidiary or Subsidiary Undertaking.
