Undertaking of the Company. (a) Scope The Company is a carrier providing Interstate Long Distance Service and International Long Distance Service to Customers for their direct transmission of voice, data and other types of telecommunications within the United States, between points in the United States and international points, as described in these Rates, Terms and Conditions.
