Submission of the Individual Program Plan. The Certified Extended Employment Services Provider must submit the Individual Program Plan to an Extended Employment Services Program Specialist using the standard format provided or approved by IDVR. The Extended Employment Services Program Specialist will either accept the Individual Program Plan as submitted, or may require revisions to the Individual Program Plan before acceptance. (3-14-07)
