Subletting Space. Exhibitors may not sublet or assign any part of their exhibit space nor advertise or display goods or services other than their own. Exhibition advertisements and displays must conform to the statement in the Exhibitor’s application describing displays.
Subletting Space. No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet or appor- tion the whole or any part of the space allotted to it. Nor shall any Exhibitor exhibit or promote within its booth space any products, materials or services that the Exhibitor does not develop or distribute in the regular course of its business, or allow any other person or party to do so.

Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, or appoint the whole or any part of the Exhibit Space allotted to them, nor permit any other person or party to exhibit therein, any other goods, apparatus, etc., not manufactured or distributed by the Exhibitor in the regular course of its business except upon prior written consent of OTC. Subletting Space. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted to him, nor exhibit therein, nor permit any other person or party to exhibit therein, any other goods, apparatus, etc., not manufactured or distributed by the exhibitor in the regular course of his business except upon written consent of URTeC.
Subletting Space. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space assigned, or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other companies than its own firm in the said exhibit space without the prior written consent of NAPEO.
Subletting Space. No exhibitor may assign, sublet, or apportion their space in whole or in part nor exhibit any products or services other than those manufactured or handled in the normal course of their business.

EXHIBITOR may not sublet or assign any part of its assigned exhibit space, nor advertise or display goods or services other than its own without the expressed, written consent of JUMP$TART. Exhibition advertisements and displays must conform to the statement in the EXHIBITOR’S application describing displays.
Subletting Space. The space contracted is to be used specifically and solely by the Exhibitor whose name appears on this Contract. Exhibitor shall not exhibit, offer for sale, or provide advertising or literature concerning prod- ucts or services not manufactured, represented or exclusively distributed by them, unless approved in writing by the Show Management.
Subletting Space. The exhibitor space allotted to Exhibitor may be used only by the Exhibitor. The right to use such exhibitor space or any portion thereof may not be assigned, subcontracted, or otherwise transferred.
