Common use of Subletting Space Clause in Contracts

Subletting Space. The space contracted is to be used specifically and solely by the Exhibitor whose name appears on this Contract. Exhibitor shall not exhibit, offer for sale, or provide advertising or literature concerning prod- ucts or services not manufactured, represented or exclusively distributed by them, unless approved in writing by the Show Management.
