Subject to 6. 4.6, the President shall pay to each employee who is asked to remain until the relocation of the work unit and offers a resignation from the Agency to take effect on the relocation date, a sum equivalent to six (6) months' pay payable upon the day on which the Agency operation relocates, provided the employee has not separated prematurely.
