Students Not Returning to the. University A student not returning to the University for reason of academic dismissal, graduation, government service, leave of absence or transfer will have the Agreement cancelled. In these circumstances, a student will not be assessed a cancellation fee contingent upon submission of proper documentation verifying the reason for departure and atudent’s housing fees will be prorated for the remainder of the semester. In the event a student fails to register for classes and is non-communicative regarding their move-out date after the commencement of the License Period, refunds of housing charges are made in accordance with the following schedule: − Prior to Wednesday, September 25, 2019 (for FALL 2019 semester) and Wednesday, February 12, 2020 (for SPRING 2020 semester), on a pro-rated basis. − Beginning September 26, 2019 (for FALL 2019 semester) and February 13, 2020 (for SPRING 2020 semester) and any point thereafter, none. − The GW Dining plan is non-refundable, except to the extent allowable under the University’s Withdrawal and Refund Policy for tuition. − A student receiving Title IV Federal Aid will be refunded in accordance with Federal guidelines.
