Common use of Storm Drain System Clause in Contracts

Storm Drain System. Design and construct a storm drainage system to convey water from the planned public streets described above. The storm drainage system will be designed to carry storm water flows from the planned development areas and adjacent property. Lateral stubs will be extended to the street right of way for each development lot. (See attached Storm Drain System.)
