Storm Drain System Clause Samples

The Storm Drain System clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of stormwater drainage infrastructure on a property or project site. It typically outlines the standards that the system must meet, such as compliance with local regulations, and may specify who is responsible for repairs or upgrades. This clause ensures that stormwater is properly managed to prevent flooding, property damage, and environmental harm, thereby allocating responsibility and reducing potential disputes over drainage issues.
