Common use of Stop-Work Meetings Clause in Contracts

Stop-Work Meetings. 43.1 The employer party shall allow every employee employed under this agreement to attend on ordinary pay, at least two stop work meetings (each of a maximum of two hours duration) in each year (being the period between the 1st day of December and ending on the following 30th day of November).
