Business Agents. 9.01 Business Agents will have access during working hours to all jobs covered by this Agreement in the carrying out of their regular duties providing they agree to comply with all safety rules and regulations on site. They shall, in all instances, first inform the Employer's Superintendent or Xxxxxxx before proceeding onto the jobsite.

Business Agents. 17.31 To aid in prompt settlement of grievances and to ob- serve Agreement performance, it is agreed that Business Agents as Union representatives shall have access to ships and wharves of the employer to facilitate the work of the Business Agent, and in order that the employer may cooperate with the Business Agent in the settlement of disputes the Business Agent shall notify the representative designated by the em- ployer before going on the job.
Business Agents. Authorized agents of the Bargaining Unit, after having notified the Chief of Police, shall have reasonable access to the City’s establishment and be permitted to visit and converse with employees of the Bargaining Unit during regular on-duty hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to; provided, however, that there is no significant effect on the City’s responsibility toward the general public or the operations of the Department.

Those persons are not authorized to withdraw funds or issue checks/drafts against the account. Deposits may be accepted by Business Agents. The Credit Union is directed to accept and pay without further inquiry any item, signed by an Authorized Signer, drawn against any of the Member’s accounts. Any one Authorized Signer is expressly authorized to endorse all items payable to or owned by the Member for deposit with or collection by the Credit Union and to perform any other transaction permitted under the Agreement. The authority given to the Authorized Parties named on the Account Card shall remain in full force until written notice of revocation or a Business Account Card supplement is delivered to and received by the Credit Union at each location where an account is maintained. Any such notice shall not affect any items in process at the time notice is given. The Authorized Signer shall notify the Credit Union of any change in the Member’s composition, assumed business names, or any aspect of the entity affecting the deposit relationship between the Member and the Credit Union before any such change occurs. The Credit Union shall have no duty to inquire as to the powers and duties of any Authorized Party and shall have no notice of any breach of fiduciary duties by any Authorized Party unless the Credit Union has actual notice of wrongdoing.

Business Agents. The Business Agents of the Union shall be j given leaves of absence by the Company during such periods as they may be in office. Upon the termination of their duties as Business Agents, they shall be reinstated by the Company in positions of like seniority, status and pay, per rating at the time of their reinstatement.
