Step 4 - City Manager. If the Union is not satisfied with the remedy of the Department Director at Step 3, the Union shall submit the written grievance within ten (10) working days of the Department Director’s response to the City Manager or designee with a copy to Human Resources. The City Manager shall schedule a meeting with the parties within ten (10) working days after receipt of the grievance. The City Manager or designee shall provide a written remedy to the Union Staff Representative, with a copy to the Xxxxxxx and the grievant, within ten (10) working days of the meeting.
