Common use of Statutory Change Clause in Contracts

Statutory Change. If, due to a statutory change, the school district can count days school is closed for students due to inclement weather or other emergency causes as days of pupil instruction for state aid purposes, and/or if the school district is not required to make up days of student instruction without loss of state funding, secretaries, paraprofessionals, and computer technicians shall not be required to make up such days, and shall not lose pay or paid leave.
