Statement of Probable Construction Cost. I certify that I have examined the Predesign Study (or Program) as furnished to me by the Using Agency for this Project. I certify to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief that the Probable Construction Cost furnished herein covers all work to be drawn, specified, and constructed under the Predesign Study (or Program.)
