STATEMENT OF DUTIES. 42.01 The Employer shall, when requested to do so by the employee, provide within ten (10) working days of that request the employee with a statement of duties and an accurate job description of his position. Moreover, the Employer, shall provide the point rating allotted by factor to his position and, where available, the rationale.
