Information for Employees. (a) the Employer agrees to supply each employee and all new employees with a copy of the Collective Agreement within one (1) month after its receipt.
(b) on commencing employment, new employees shall be provided with a copy of the existing Collective Agreement by the Employer; and
(c) it is agreed and understood that the Employer and the Union will share equally in the cost of printing and publishing of the Collective Agreement.
Information for Employees. 5.01 The Board shall provide an electronic copy of this agreement to each YK1 bargaining unit employee within ten (10) days of a written request from the Executive Director of the Association.
5.02 The Board shall make available a copy of this Agreement to all prospective employees prior to hiring. The Board shall make available a French translation of this collective agreement. In the event that there is a discrepancy later discovered between the two versions, the official version shall be the English one.

(b) Defined Benefit Pension Plan Where there is a change in insurance carrier the employees will be notified 30 days prior to the change.
5.04 An employee may have access to their personnel files at times convenient to the Board and in the presence of an authorized representative of the Board.
5.05 One day at the beginning of the year will be dedicated to teachers personal planning to help them get ready in their own rooms.
Information for Employees. 39.01 The Employer will continue its present practice of providing bulletin board space for the posting of notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, new items and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Employer.
39.02 The Employer shall inform all new employees of the existence of this Agreement.
Information for Employees. 10.01 - The Employer agrees to supply the Association with one hundred and twenty (120) copies of the signed Collective Agreement as soon as possible, further to the signature of this Collective Agreement, in the format agreed upon between the parties.

Information for Employees. 24.01 Upon written request, an employee shall be provided in writing with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his/her position and if applicable the position's classification level and rating, within ten (10) days of the request.
24.02 Upon written request of an employee, all personnel files of that employee may be made available at least once per year for his/her examination in the presence of an authorized representative of the Employer.

24.04 The employer shall provide a copy of the collective agreement to all new employees. All new employees will be advised of the name and contact information of the Local Union President. The Local Union president or his/her designate shall be notified of any orientation session for new bargaining unit employees, and may arrange to meet the new employees to introduce his/herself.

(c) on commencing employment, new Employees shall be provided by the Employer with a copy of the existing Collective Agreement and the Employer’s Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy which is in accordance with the Canada Labour Code Part II; and
(d) the Employer agrees to advise new Employees that a Collective Agreement is in effect between the parties. A new Employee will be advised of the name and location of the Local President, and that they are entitled to thirty (30) minutes paid Union orientation in accordance with Article 9.08.
