Statement of Coordination. This Agreement is intended to contribute to the coordination of the mutual activities of the Foundation and LCCC. To ensure effective achievement of the objectives of this Agreement, LCCC and the Foundation officers and LCCC board representatives shall hold periodic meetings to xxxxxx and maintain productive relationships and to ensure open and continuing communications and alignment of priorities.
